You pay for work your agents finish, never for conversations.
What counts
A task an agent completes: a meeting booked, a lead routed to your CRM, a form completed, a handoff to Slack, Teams or Webex. Questions and search answers never count.
Need more
Add a pack of 500 actions for $450 on any plan. Or turn on auto top-up with a monthly spending cap you set.

Frequently asked questions
How is pricing calculated?
On your total monthly website sessions: every visitor session on your site, not just the ones that use Webless. Your tier is fixed for the contract term, and there is never a charge per question.
What counts as an agent action?
A task an agent completes, such as booking a meeting, routing a lead to your CRM, completing a form or handing a visitor to your team in Slack, Teams or Webex. Conversations, questions and search answers never count.
Do unused actions roll over?
No. Included actions and pack actions reset at the end of each billing month. That keeps your plan simple and your bill predictable.
What if my traffic exceeds my tier?
You're charged 1.2× the price difference between your plan and the tier your traffic falls into, for that month. With Agents, the add-on difference is part of the same calculation. You can upgrade anytime with prorated billing.
Can I buy Blocks without Search & Discovery?
Yes. Blocks is sold on its own from $149/mo. With Search & Discovery, Blocks on your first 25 pages is included.
How long does implementation take?
Most Self-Serve teams are live in 30 minutes: Webless ingests your content, you set the design, and you add one JS snippet directly or through Google Tag Manager. Enterprise deployments with multiple properties take 3–4 weeks with hands-on support.
Do you support enterprise security and compliance?
Yes. SOC 2 and ISO documentation is available on Enterprise plans, which also include SSO, audit logs and SLA coverage. See the Trust Center.

Annual billing saves 20% on every plan and add-on. Action packs are $450 either way.
