About the Role

We’re looking for our Founding Account Executive to join us at a pivotal moment. You’ll work directly with the CEO and co-founder to own the full sales cycle—from outbound and qualification to close and onboarding. This is not just a sales role—it’s a chance to help define our GTM motion, shape the customer experience, and lay the foundation for our sales org. If you're excited by early-stage ambiguity and want to sell a product customers actually love, this is your shot—to join a team reshaping how people find answers on the web, using the next wave of AI-search technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals
  • Partner with the founders to refine messaging, ICP, and sales processes
  • Generate pipeline through a mix of outbound, inbound, and partner channels
  • Collaborate with marketing and product to create assets, feedback loops, and pilots
  • Help build and scale repeatable sales playbooks
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects—deeply understand their needs and how Webless solves them
  • Champion customer outcomes and set up success for post-sales handoff

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a full-cycle AE role
  • Experience in early-stage startups or selling to marketing, product, or growth teams is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing 5–6 figure deals
  • Gritty, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller
  • Curious about AI, web tech, and the evolving world of B2B go-to-market

Bonus Points

  • Background as an SDR or BDR and successfully moved into AE role
  • Experience with website tech (search, chat, personalization, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), prospecting tools, and demo platforms
  • Strong written skills—you may help shape outbound, decks, and sales narratives
